Servanthood Bible Study

The purpose of our Servanthood Bible Study is to allow the Holy Spirit to guide us as we grow together while spreading the Word of God within and beyond our small group, so that we can become the servants who God has called us to be.

Our Mission is to:

  1. Love God and love our neighbors (Matthew 22:37-39)
  2. Teach the truth in love. (Ephesians 4:15)
  3. Serve the people in this world by using the gifts that we possess. (Matthew 23:11 & 1 Peter 4:10)
  4. Make disciples as Jesus commanded (Matthew 28:19)

Our vision is to create a world where we will become more like Jesus (1 John 3:2) and support others in their walk with Jesus.

Small Groups Weekly Content

• Day & Time: Friday 7:30AM – 8:15AM (Virtual)

• Weekly structure
a. Opening prayer
b. Read the Scripture
c. Gather the context of the Scripture
d. Study the principles from the Scripture
e. Practical application (End of each group meeting)
f. Closing Prayer
g. Go out and live God’s word

At the end of each Servanthood Bible Study session, we want to reflect on this:
• How has learning God’s truth changed your perception of how you view life?
• Has the Lord pricked your heart today with His word?
• Figure out your next steps based on what we have heard, read, prayed over, and discussed

Over our time together, we will pray and plan ways to commit to: four group meetings per month and one service activity for the community as the need arises. If we focus on the purpose, mission, and vision, we will be useful to God and we will reach who He needs us to reach.
